Ibn Battuta Mall
The world’s biggest mall, Ibn Battuta Mall in Dubai has revolutionized the entire entertainment and retail shopping experience. The Ibn Battuta houses more than 275 retailers, 21 cinema screens, and 50 food outlets and restaurants. UAE’s only IMAX theatre is located in this mall.
Ibn Battuta was an explorer of the 14th century, who visited Asia and middle-east and the Ibn Battua Mall is named after him. The mall has six divisions and these are also named after the places Ibn Battua had visited as India, Persia, China, Andalusia, Tunisia, and Egypt. All the six courts have been decorated according to their respected names.
